FAQS

Frequently asked questions:

What should I bring for my dogs stay?
We provide bedding, bowls, toys, and treats. Please bring your dogs food and any medications that they are taking in an airtight container. You are welcome to bring any toys or treats that might make them feel more at home during their stay.

What if my dog doesn’t get along with other dogs?
We are little different from most boarding kennels, we do not do group play. We focus on individualized care as well as individual play time. We do allow group play between dogs from the same household. Your pup will get individual play time with a staff member so they are as comfortable as possible while they are with us.

What is the daily routine for my dog while boarding?
We try to base each pups routine off of their specific needs. Some dogs can feel overstimulated in a ‘typical’ kennel environment. This is why we try to balance each dogs routine with play and rest time. Your pup will get plenty of play time for their individual energy level, as well as quiet time periods throughout the day to avoid overstimulation and allow for rest.
